Coffee Preferences
I only make pour overs (v60, switch) or french press. I tend to use my hario switch the most. I don't tend to love highly acidic coffee. I love roasty toasty flavors but I don't want the bitterness either, I like a happy medium. Onyx geometry and southern weather have been safe roasts for me. Would love to learn more about coffee and the differences between regions/washes so I could better understand/articulate my preferences.
