Coffee Preferences
Really been enjoying light fruity roasts lately. Usually medium roast is as far dark as I go but it’s been a while since I’ve bought a dark roast and my preferences have changed. I have a v60, oxo rapid brewer, and a bambino plus. I do about 75% pour over and 25% espresso/milk drinks. I try to utilize the beans though for what will make them shine best. I have a Timemore 078s for at home and when I work I brew “soup” using a JX-pro and the Oxo rapid brewer.
