This address is both Blue Mind's roastery as well as their cafe where you can get some of the best Lattes in the city. While Tinker coffee is very much king in Indianapolis, Blue Mind is an up and comer that is gunning for the throne. Blue mind started as a backyard roaster in 2014, with only 5 roasts available at a time and a very selective partnership process, Blue Mind takes the time to get to know each bean, and barista, to really dial in the best possible experience.
