Coffee Preferences

I love light roasts for pour overs, or specialty espresso blends. I've been getting into Gesha coffee as well, but I'm yet to try it out. I prefer sweet and candy notes over fruit and floral notes. Excited to try out new processes as well, though I'm not a fan of natural process coffee. It would be amazing if you can find a really good decaf from a local roaster too

"Thanks Yuvraj for the delicious Old Fourth Ward beans from Kaldi's Coffee Roasting. This was a medium roast as I prefer and as noted on the packaging. I didn't get the berry notes suggested on the bag but the Chocoate and Marzipan notes were clearly present and well integrated. If this roaster was local to me I would be a customer and the next time I am in Atlanta I will seek them out. Much appreciated."
