Coffee Preferences

I'm fairly new to speciality coffee, although I do enjoy something funky and interesting and I'd say the weirder, the better. Generally I make pour over or use a aeropress, but not averse to using a Moka Pot too. My main objective is just to try new things, so anything local to you, would be interesting to me.
