Coffee Preferences

I love light roast naturals or honey process. I like sweet and fruity profiles, but I also like surprises, preferably a surprise that doesn't hit the standard "chocolate and nuts" of most coffee. Favorite terriors include high altitudes, volcanic soil, or especially Costa Rican single origins. Bonus points for a special mark in my coffee scrap book (a unique single origin or unique coffee bean). I prefer a coffee I can take black or with a little sweetener. As always, taste is king!
