Coffee Preferences

Single-origin, medium roasts from Latin America, especially from Colombia and Peru. I prefer nuts or earthy tastes, in general bitter and not acid/sour tastes. Robusta fan, although hard to find over here. I drink it in espresso or cappuccino, but could give a try to filter coffee as well. I drink decaf on afternoons, so decaf is also welcomed.
