Coffee Preferences

I'm a longtime coffee drinker but rather newer specialty coffee drinker. I have started dabbling in the experimental (natural, yeast inoculated, thermal shocked, etc.) and co-ferments. I prefer the light roasted, bright, fruity and sometimes fermented flavors. I have recently enjoyed coffees from Ethiopia and Columbia.
