Coffee Preferences
I only drink light roasts and generally prefer washed coffees. But, naturals or other experimental processes can be intriguing as well from time to time. Acidic, fruity, sweet, floral - all attributes I enjoy. While I mostly use the V60, I do also enjoy a nice espresso or flat white.
