Coffee Preferences
I usually gravitate towards medium to medium-dark roasts, but I have recently found lighter roasts I enjoy, and am exploring more on that end of the spectrum. I don't like an acid-forward cup. I most often brew with a V60; less frequently, I use a french press or a Hario Switch.
