Coffee Preferences
I used to gravitate towards medium to medium-dark roasts, but I have recently found lighter roasts I enjoy, and am interested in exploring more on that end of the spectrum. I still prefer a decent body in my cup, though—“tea-like” is something I'm going to need convincing isn't a coffee crime. I most often brew with a V60; less frequently, I use a french press or a Switch.
