Coffee Preferences

I prefer medium roast, chocolatey and nutty flavors, mild fruity. Willing to try something different. Just venturing into the world of good coffee. Not yet into pour over, but my Bonavita attempts to imitate it with an initial drip for the bloom, rests for 30 sec, and then finishes the brew without stopping. It uses a shower head style dripper, so the entire surface gets water.
