Coffee Preferences

I do pour over, espresso and french press, and can really appreciate all of them depending on the coffee. I usually prefer less funky coffee for espresso (but not necessary too bitter, I like a sweet note) and more floral, fruity and sweet coffee for pour over. But I'm really open to try any coffee!
