Coffee Preferences
My favorite coffees are Ethiopian and Colombian. I prefer light to medium roasts where no oils are visible. I’m always looking for a floral perfume like coffee that leans toward fabric softener like aromas. My brew methods are pourover/drip batch. I have an espresso machine, aeropress, french press, percolator, and siphon but don’t use those daily.
