Coffee Preferences

I mostly like light to medium roasts, not a fan of dark roasts. Mostly anything where the flavors of the coffee itself takes the lead over the roast. Otherwise, I like a wide variety of styles, washed, natural, etc. Mostly I stick to single origins, though I have had a few blends that I've enjoyed as well. I'm not interested in co-ferments, as I typically like the subtle complexity of coffee and I'm not sure I'd vibe with something that was that focused on one flavor. I usually do pourover with a V60 or Chemex. Also use a Moccamaster on a regular basis. Occasionally a mokapot or a french press.
