Coffee Preferences
Not a fan of dark roasts, medium to light please. Otherwise, I like a wide variety of styles, washed, natural, etc. Mostly I stick to single origins, though I have had many blends that I've enjoyed as well. I haven't tried anything co-fermented yet as I typically like the subtle complexity of coffee and I'm not sure I'd vibe with something that was that focused on one flavor. I usually do pourover with a V60 or Chemex. Also use a Moccamaster on a regular basis. Occasionally a mokapot or a french press.
