Current Cup of the Year: Hydrangea's Anaerobic Washed Catimor from Yunnan Generally a fan of naturally processed coffees. I enjoy some anaerobic fermentations that aren't too funky, and I am learning to love washed coffees but I half the time they seem to miss for me. Really getting into profiles that have spiced notes right now.
