Yipao Coffee strives to offer you premium coffee from Colombia. We’re two Colombian entrepreneurs who’ve called San Diego home since 2012. Exploring Colombia’s diverse coffee-growing regions, we search for the best single-origin beans. Every batch of coffee is handpicked and meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality. Once the beans arrive in San Diego, we pay close attention to the roasting process to highlight each origin’s unique flavor profile. Our team includes María, a certified Q Arabica Grader, who ensures the quality of every batch of coffee. Jairo, our co-owner, has continually trained and refined his skills as a roaster, ensuring the best possible roasting process.
