Founded in 2019 on a quiet corner of Exmouth Market, The Roasting Shed started with a simple belief: great coffee shouldn't be complicated, but it should be cared for.

We source single-origin beans directly from small farms across East Africa and Central America, roasting in small batches to bring out each coffee's unique character. Our baristas are trained to coax the best from every bean, whether it's a rich espresso or a delicate pour-over.
