@w98abee Pour-over via a good conical-burr grinder with Kinu pour-over burrs, Size 03 V-60 w/ Switch base, custom home-made coffee water following the Rao-Perger recipe and heated in the inexpensive but bullet-proof OXO temp controlled kettle, and lots and lots of good beans.. ,
