Wade, thanks so much for the wonderful coffee and thoughtful note. We brewed our new coffee from RUOK this morning and were beyond impressed. Everything we look for in a specialty coffee was there in spades - just the right level of acidity, rich, flavorful, wonderful mouth feel, and smoooooooth. My wife pronounced this the smoothest coffee she has had and prefers it to our daily driver. She's very picky about her coffee so that's high praise indeed. tl/dr: We Love It.
