Opened in 2024 by partners Gregoris Loizou and Laura Deetman, Swallow combines specialty coffee with houseplants in a bright, beachy space. They serve beans roasted by Pamplona-based Amilka Lee, alongside pistachio croissants and chocolate chip cookies.
