The name combines "Daga" (rainbow, a nod to a beloved Bulgarian comix magazine) with "Fabrika" (factory), reflecting their make-it-themselves ethos. Close to the National Gallery of Art, it draws big crowds for weekend brunch and weekday lunches of Bulgarian classics, all prepared in-house. A 2025 award winner.
