Run by Tomáš Hospodářský, a certified Kaffee Experte from Vienna's coffee institute and two-time Czech vice-champion in coffee tasting. He was also the first Czech participant at the World Coffee Roasting Championship. The roastery and cafe serves 100% Arabica roasted in small batches, with beans rotating frequently on the grinder.
