Housed in a former funeral parlour of the Dreifaltigkeitskirche, POC has a charmingly chaotic workshop feel with shelves crammed with coffee gear. Owner Robert runs two La Marzocco machines, one dedicated to dialling in for coffee nerds. Tiny, no-frills, and all about the brew.
