Founded in 2021 by Chef Kostas Christodoulou after a career in London, Pavone serves fair trade coffee on manual ROK espresso machines alongside creative dishes made from locally grown ingredients. They grow their own bananas, berries, citrus and herbs for a seasonal, scratch-made breakfast menu.
