A roastery focused on fair direct trade Arabica (SL14, SL28 varieties) from Mount Elgon in Uganda, always scoring 85+ on cupping. At least €5 per kilo of roasted coffee goes back into development projects at origin. They also run coffee seminars for those wanting to go deeper.
