Occupying a ground-floor space in a 1970s building in Pagrati, Moden was designed by Georgios Apostolopoulos Architects with a striking monochromatic palette. Textured walls recall dough and flour, and the open kitchen turns pastry-making into a live performance. Named after a nearby pastry workshop, the café focuses on artisan bakes and carefully made coffee.
