Founded in 2020 as Ele Ela Café by a Brazilian fashion-lover-turned-barista, this evolved concept partners with Slow Sourdough & Co Bakery for vegan baked goods. They roast specialty beans in-house and sell their own branded merchandise alongside the coffee.
