The only specialty coffee roaster with its own café in the city. They source, roast, and serve all their beans in-house, pulling shots on a La Marzocco Strada and rotating their slow coffee menu every two weeks. The space has a Mediterranean-meets-minimalist feel. Opened its first coffee shop in July 2023.
