Run by Sophie and Patrick, bohnarchie roasts on-site and bakes everything in-house using organic, plant-based ingredients. Compostable cups, coffee bags, and even the spent coffee grounds go to local farms as fertilizer. A true slow-food, slow-drink kind of place.
